Vietnamese stir-fried broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Ardo Broccoli
  • 20 g Ardo Garlic cubes
  • 20 g Ardo Ginger cubes
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 150 ml Vietnamese wok sauce
  • 50 g crispy onions

Preparation

  1. Briefly steam the broccoli in the steamer and allow to drain.
  2. Cook the garlic and ginger in the sunflower oil.
  3. Add the broccoli and cook until fully cooked.
  4. Season with Vietnamese wok sauce.
  5. Garnish with the crispy onions and serve hot.
