Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Ardo Broccoli
- 20 g Ardo Garlic cubes
- 20 g Ardo Ginger cubes
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 150 ml Vietnamese wok sauce
- 50 g crispy onions

Preparation
- Briefly steam the broccoli in the steamer and allow to drain.
- Cook the garlic and ginger in the sunflower oil.
- Add the broccoli and cook until fully cooked.
- Season with Vietnamese wok sauce.
- Garnish with the crispy onions and serve hot.
