Trio of Wok Verde, Pasta Conchiglie and smoked salmon

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g Ardo Wok Verde
  • 280g Pasta Conchiglie
  • 3 tablespoons Ardo 8 Herb Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Ardo finely chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Ardo finely chopped shallots
  • 300g smoked salmon in slices
  • 50g cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 40g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper,
  • ground nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Sauté the shallots with the garlic in a little olive oil.
  2. Add the vegetables and allow to simmer for approximately 4 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Mix with the Pasta Conchiglie and 8 Herbs Mix and heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Decorate with the smoked salmon cut into strips and grated Parmesan and finish off with a few slices of lemon.
