Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g Ardo Wok Verde
- 280g Pasta Conchiglie
- 3 tablespoons Ardo 8 Herb Mix
- 1 teaspoon Ardo finely chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons Ardo finely chopped shallots
- 300g smoked salmon in slices
- 50g cream
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 40g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper,
- ground nutmeg

Preparation
- Sauté the shallots with the garlic in a little olive oil.
- Add the vegetables and allow to simmer for approximately 4 minutes.
- Add the cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix with the Pasta Conchiglie and 8 Herbs Mix and heat for about 5 minutes.
- Decorate with the smoked salmon cut into strips and grated Parmesan and finish off with a few slices of lemon.
