Ingredients
- 2.5 kg Ardo Macaroni
- 1 kg Ardo Cauliflower puree
- 1 kg Ardo Broccoli florets
- 400 g cooked ham
- 300 g grated Emmental cheese
- 400 ml milk
- 400 ml cream
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg

Preparation
- Bring the milk and cream to the boil and add the cauliflower purée. Bring back to the boil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with 200 g grated cheese.
- Steam the broccoli florets briefly and dice the ham.
- Fill a baking dish with the macaroni, arrange the broccoli and ham cubes on top. Pour the cauliflower sauce over and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
