Macaroni caulinara

Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg Ardo Macaroni
  • 1 kg Ardo Cauliflower puree
  • 1 kg Ardo Broccoli florets
  • 400 g cooked ham
  • 300 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 400 ml milk
  • 400 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk and cream to the boil and add the cauliflower purée. Bring back to the boil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with 200 g grated cheese.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets briefly and dice the ham.
  3. Fill a baking dish with the macaroni, arrange the broccoli and ham cubes on top. Pour the cauliflower sauce over and top with the rest of the cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
