Gratinated celeriac and forest mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Ardo Celeriac cubes
  • 600 g Ardo Woodland mushroom mix
  • 150 g Ardo Onion cubes
  • 10 g Ardo Parsley
  • 15g Ardo Garlic cubes
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 20 g gratin cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Steam the celeriac cubes and mushroom mix briefly. Drain.
  2. Fry the garlic and onion cubes in the butter, add the celeriac and mushroom mix and cook briefly over a high heat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking dish.
  4. Finish off with parsley and spread the gratin cheese over the dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
