Ingredients
- 1 kg Ardo Celeriac cubes
- 600 g Ardo Woodland mushroom mix
- 150 g Ardo Onion cubes
- 10 g Ardo Parsley
- 15g Ardo Garlic cubes
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 20 g gratin cheese
- salt and pepper

Preparation
- Steam the celeriac cubes and mushroom mix briefly. Drain.
- Fry the garlic and onion cubes in the butter, add the celeriac and mushroom mix and cook briefly over a high heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking dish.
- Finish off with parsley and spread the gratin cheese over the dish.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
