Asian-style chicken drum leg


  • 100 g Ardo Asian -style herb mix
  • 50 g Ardo Spring onions
  • 10 drum sticks
  • 50 ml peanut oil
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 100 ml chilli sauce
  • 50 ml honey
  • 50 ml sweet soy sauce
  • 100 ml hoisin sauce
  • Siracha sauce to taste
  • 20 g white sesame


Sesame Soy


  1. Fry the drum sticks in the peanut oil. Add the Asian-style herb mix and leave to simmer for a while.
  2. Add the stock and all of the seasoning and reduce to a syrupy sauce over a low heat.
  3. Leave to rest, sprinkle with sesame and spring onion.
