Ingredients
- 800 g Ardo Courgette cubes
- 800 g Ardo Creamed leeks
- 5 bell peppers
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper

Preparation
- Steam the courgette cubes briefly and allow them to drain.
- Sauté the courgette cubes in the butter, season with salt.
- Add the creamed leek and allow it to heat through.
- Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and stuff them with the courgette mixture.
- Grate some Parmesan over the stuffed peppers and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
