Beans au gratin and cherry tomato

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Ardo Green beans
  • 0.5 kg Ardo Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Ardo Shallot
  • 10 g Ardo Garlic cubes
  • 10 g Italian herb mix
  • 300 g grated cheese
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Steam the green beans to the desired texture and rinse immediately in cold water.

  2. Sauté the shallots and garlic in olive oil.

  3. Add the beans and cherry tomatoes to the sautéd shallot and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle the Italian herb mix over the gratin cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20min at 180°C.
