Ingredients
- 1 kg Ardo Brussels sprouts
- 300 g Ardo Apple slices
- 300 g Ardo pineapple
- 5 g Ardo Mint
- 50 g coconut chips
- 100 g butter or margarine
- salt and pepper

Preparation
- Steam the Brussels sprouts briefly in the steamer.
- Fry the apple and pineapple in the butter.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and season with salt, pepper and curry.
- Finish off with the coconut chips.
- If you wish the dish to be even more exotic, mix a little mint among the Brussels sprouts at the end.
