Piña colada sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Ardo Brussels sprouts
  • 300 g Ardo Apple slices
  • 300 g Ardo pineapple
  • 5 g Ardo Mint
  • 50 g coconut chips
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • curry

Preparation

  1. Steam the Brussels sprouts briefly in the steamer.
  2. Fry the apple and pineapple in the butter.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and season with salt, pepper and curry.
  4. Finish off with the coconut chips.
  5. If you wish the dish to be even more exotic, mix a little mint among the Brussels sprouts at the end.
