Mexican style broccoli gratin

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Ardo Broccoli
  • 250 g Ardo Salsa Mexicana Mix
  • 300 g cheddar
  • 80 g Panko

Preparation

  1. Briefly steam the broccoli in the steamer and allow to drain.
  2. Place the broccoli in a baking dish and sprinkle with Salsa Mexicana Mix, cheddar and panko.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
