Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Ardo Butternut
- 300 g Ardo onion cubes
- 1.5 kg mashed potatoes
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 200 g speculoos
- 100 ml Vegetable bouillon

Preparation
- Fry the onion in butter or margarine.
- Add the butternut and allow it to cook for a while.
- Now add the bouillon and simmer until the butternut is cooked through.
- Mix the butternut into the mashed potatoes and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the broken speculoos biscuits and bake in the oven for 20-30min at 180°C.
