Ingredients
- 700g Ardo Edamame soy beans (Mukimame)
- 500g Ardo Avocado halves
- 700g Ardo Mango
- 600g Ardo Basmati rice
- 300g Ardo Red cabbage
- 8 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 9 tbsp rice vinegar
- 750g salmon
- Black sesame seeds

Preparation
- Steam the rice briefly and allow to cool down.
- Steam the vegetables as mentioned on the package and defrost the mango.
- Marinate the red cabbage with a dash of rice vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the avocados and salmon into cubes.
- Divide the rice into 10 bowls. Then place the avocado, mango, salmon, red cabbage and soy beans over the rice.
- Sprinkle the bowl with sesame seeds.
- Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar into a dressing and pour over the poké bowls.
