Corn Ribs with Mexican Dip

Ingredients

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2.5 kg Ardo Corn ribs,
  • 0.5 dl corn oil,
  • 100 g butter or margarine,
  • Mexican seasoning mix.

Sauce:

  • 2 dl cream,
  • 200 g cheddar cheese,
  • 20 g Jalapeños,
  • 100 g Ardo Herb mix alla Mexicana,
  • Mexican seasoning mix,
  • 0.3 dl vegetable oil,
  • 1 lime.

Allergens

Preparation

  1. Sauté the Ardo Mexican-style herb mix in vegetable oil.
  2. Add the cream, bring to a boil, and melt the cheddar in it.
  3. Finish with the Jalapeños, Mexican seasoning mix, and some lime juice.
  4. Melt the butter with the corn oil and Mexican seasoning.
  5. Finish the corn ribs with the butter mixture and bake them golden brown in the oven.
  6. Serve with the Mexican dip.
