Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2.5 kg Ardo Corn ribs,
- 0.5 dl corn oil,
- 100 g butter or margarine,
- Mexican seasoning mix.
Sauce:
- 2 dl cream,
- 200 g cheddar cheese,
- 20 g Jalapeños,
- 100 g Ardo Herb mix alla Mexicana,
- Mexican seasoning mix,
- 0.3 dl vegetable oil,
- 1 lime.

Preparation
- Sauté the Ardo Mexican-style herb mix in vegetable oil.
- Add the cream, bring to a boil, and melt the cheddar in it.
- Finish with the Jalapeños, Mexican seasoning mix, and some lime juice.
- Melt the butter with the corn oil and Mexican seasoning.
- Finish the corn ribs with the butter mixture and bake them golden brown in the oven.
- Serve with the Mexican dip.
