Asian-style Nasi Goreng


  • 2.5 kg Ardo Mekong rice mix
  • 200 g Ardo Asian-style herb mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 ml peanut oil
  • Soya sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil (optional)


Egg Sesame Soy


  1. Beat the eggs and fry them in the peanut oil on a high heat.
  2. As soon as the eggs have set, add the Asian-style herb mix.
  3. Now add the Mekong rice mix and continue cooking.
  4. When hot, season with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
