- 35 grams Ardo yellow pepper strips
- 1 teaspoon Ardo mint
- 90ml grapefruit juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 90ml vodka
- 45ml Chartreuse (French liqueur)

- Muddle the yellow pepper strips and mint in the bottom of your shaker.
- Add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vodka and Chartreuse.
- Shake well, then strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a ring of bell pepper – use a different colored pepper for the best presentation.
