Ingredients
- 1.2 kg Ardo Brussels sprouts
- 300 g Ardo Chestnuts
- 20 ml Teriyaki sauce
- 50 ml Peanut oil

Preparation
- Steam the Brussels sprouts briefly to the desired tenderness.
- Fry the chestnuts and Brussels sprouts in the peanut oil.
- Finish off with the teriyaki sauce and allow them to heat right through for a while.
