Teriyaki sprouts and chestnuts

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg Ardo Brussels sprouts
  • 300 g Ardo Chestnuts
  • 20 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 50 ml Peanut oil

Allergens

Sesame Soy

Preparation

  1. Steam the Brussels sprouts briefly to the desired tenderness.
  2. Fry the chestnuts and Brussels sprouts in the peanut oil.
  3. Finish off with the teriyaki sauce and allow them to heat right through for a while.
