Provençale potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Ardo Half potatoes with their skin
  • 300 g Ardo Red onion slices
  • 50 g Ardo Provence herb mix
  • 20 g Ardo Parsley
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Coarse sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the potatoes with the olive oil, red onion and Provence herb mix. Season with black pepper and coarse sea salt.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180°C - 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Top the potatoes with the parsley and serve.
