Oven-baked celeriac with rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Ardo Celeriac cubes
  • 150 g Ardo Shallots
  • 20 g Ardo Garlic cubes
  • 10 g Ardo Rosemary
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and place them on a baking tray.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180°C (15-25min).
