- 600g Exotic fruits with passionfruit juice Ardo
- 2 bottles of light, red wine

Preparation
- Put the exotic fruits into a large bowl and pour the wine over.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- Stir well before serving.
- Tip: possibly, add a leaf of mint and a slice of lemon for the presentation
