Carrots Rustica with dried ham

Ingredients

Ingredients for 25 servings:

  • 3kg Ardo Carrots Rustica,
  • 300g dried ham,
  • 3 tblsp. Ardo garlic - diced,
  • 5 tblsp. Ardo thyme,
  • 12 tblsp. olive oil,
  • salt, pepper

Allergens

Preparation

  1. Cut up the ham into strips.
  2. Add oil to the pan and fry the frozen Carrots Rustica mix together with the ham, the garlic and the thyme lightly for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Taste and add salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with extra thyme.

Can be served as an accompaniment to eg. beef, veal, lamb and turkey.
