Preparation

Cook Before Eating

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Thinly coat frozen vegetable mix with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 15 minutes, stirring 1-2 times. 

Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen vegetable mix and cook on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir regularly.
