Fines Herbes

Ardo ‘Fines Herbes’ are carefully selected, quick frozen herbs and pungent flavour enhancers! They offer a way to boost flavour and even help people to reduce their salt intake.

All our organic vegetables and herbs are grown on fields selected with care and prepared for organic cultivation. From harvest to processing and packing, the organic vegetables and herbs are isolated from standard produce to avoid cross contamination.

One of my favourite products is the Thai herb mix. I love its freshness and the zing it adds to a dish. Like on this plate, where I used it in the marinade for the salmon tataki and in the dressing for the crisp salad.
