Smokey cheese melt black beans

Ingredients

  • 500 g Ardo Black beans
  • 150 g Ardo Barbecue herb mix
  • 1.5 kg Ardo Sweet potato wedges
  • 150 g tomato concentrate
  • 1 glass of Jack Daniels
  • 500 g cheddar cheese
  • Dash of olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the BBQ seasoning in a dash of olive oil and flambé with Jack Daniels.
  2. Add the tomato concentrate and simmer for a while. Add 300 ml water and simmer for a while.
  3. Add the black beans and sprinkle with cheddar.
  4. Bake further in the oven at 180°C for 15/20 min.
  5. Bake the sweet potato wedges until crispy in the oven (180°C 15–20 min) and serve as a side dish.
