• 500 g White cabbage Ardo • 500 g Carrot strips 3x3 Ardo • 125 g Mix Smokey BBQ Ardo • 300 g lettuce • 800 g pulled pork • 100 g mayonnaise • Lemon juice • 500 g ketchup • 100 g crispy onions • 50 ml olive oil • 10 wraps
Steam the cabbage and carrots strips briefly and allow to cool down again.
Mix with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Stirfry the pulled pork in the olive oil, season salt and pepper.
Mix the ketchup with the Smokey BBQ mix.
Put a layer of the smokey ketchup on the wraps.
Fill with the pulled pork, coleslaw salad, crispy onions and the lettuce.
