Winter curry with veggie meatballs and basmati rice


Serves 20:

3kg Festive mix Ardo
4kg rice basmati Ardo
20g coriander Ardo
30g garlic Ardo
Gomasio curry
2.5kg veggie meatballs
1l coconut milk
Olive oil
Corn flour
1l vegetable stock


Celery, Sesame


  1. Stirfry the festive mix with the garlic and the veggie meatballs.
  2. Add the gomasio curry and let it simmer.
  3. Add the coconut milk and vegetable stock. Bring to boil and add some corn flour.
  4. Finish off with some coriander.
  5. Steam the rice for 5-8 minutes until hot, and sprinkle with some gomasio curry.
  6. Serve as a side-dish.
