Vichy chunky sautéed carrots

Ingredients

2 kg Ardo chunky sautéed carrots
100 g Ardo shallots
20 g Ardo parsley
100 g butter or margarine
50 g sugar
Salt and pepper

Allergens

Milk

Preparation

Add shallots to the butter, add the carrots and sugar when translucent, and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer with the lid on until the carrots have the preferred texture.
Add parsley to finish.
