Veggie pizza wrap baba ganoush, tricolore peppers and feta


Serve 10

• 500 g Aubergine grilled parrilla Ardo
• 300 g Tricolore peppers strips organic Ardo
• 500 g baba ganoush
• 10 wraps
• 0.5 dl olive oil
• 300 gr feta
• 100 gr rucola
• Lahtor spice mix


Gluten, Milk, Sesame


  1. Put the grilled aubergines parrilla together with the tricolore peppers on a baking tray, season pepper and salt and sprinkle with olive oil.
  2. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes on 180°C.
  3. Put a layer of the baba ganoush on the wrap, finish with the vegetables and the feta.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes in a warm oven.
  5. Season with some ‘Lahtor’ and finish with the rucola.
