Veggie paella with chorizo and prawns


Serve 10

• 4kg Veggie paella Ardo
• 10 g Garlic diced Ardo
• 20 g Shallots Ardo
• 0.3 dl of prawn stock
• 400 g chorizo sausage
• 1 kg prawns 16/20
• 2 limes
• 1 dl olive oil
• Espelette pepper

  1. Heat up the Veggie paella together with some prawn stock in a pan or the oven until all ingredients are warm and coated with the sauce.
  2. Cool down before filling the containers.
  3. Fry the prawns with the garlic and shallots briefly in the olive oil, season with pepper and salt and some espelette pepper.
  4. Fry the chorizo sausage and cut into slices.
  5. Add the prawns and the chorizo on top of the Veggie paella.
  6. Finish with a piece of lime and some parsley
  7. The dish is ready for take-away or regeneration.
