1kg Veggie paella Ardo
2 eggs
flour
panko
1 lemon
1dl aioli

Preparation

  1. Warm up the paella in a pan and let it cool down. Add some panko if the paella is too moist.
  2. Make croquettes of the paella. Get them through the flour, then through the beaten egg and finally through the panko. Let it set in the fridge.
  3. Fry them golden brown in hot frying oil.
  4. Serve with lemon and aioli
