Veggie mix Nordic style with scallops


Serve 10

• 4 kg Veggie mix Nordic style Ardo
• 1.2 kg scallops
• 1 dl olive oil
• lime zest


Gluten, Soy, Sulphite, Crustaceans


  1.  Heat up the Veggie mix Nordic style in a pan or the oven until all ingredients are warm and coated with the sauce.
  2. Allow to cool down before filling the take-away container.
  3. Fry the scallops briefly in the olive oil, season with pepper and salt.
  4. Place the scallops on top of the Veggie mix.
  5. Finish with some lime zest
  6. The dish is ready for take-away or regeneration.
