Veggie mix Indian style with beef takoyaki.

• 4 kg Veggie mix Indian style Ardo
• 20 g Garlic diced Ardo
• 1.5 kg steak in cubes 1.5x1.5
• Takoyaki herb mix
• 70 ml teriyaki
• 1 dl sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Marinate the beef for 30-60 minutes with the garlic, takoyaki herb mix and teriyaki.
  2. Heat up the Veggie mix Indian style in a pan or the oven until all ingredients are warm and coated with the sauce.
  3. Allow to cool down before filling the containers.
  4. Stir-fry the beef in the sunflower oil.
  5. Add the chilled beef on top of the Veggie mix.
  6. Your dish is ready for take-away or regeneration.
