Vegetable fingers

Ingredients

3x10 Ardo crispy vegetable fingers
100 g Ardo sweet potato puree
100 g hummus
5 g chives
5 g
Cajun herbs to taste

Preparation

Bake the vegetable fingers in the oven or fry in the air fryer or deep fryer as indicated on the packaging
Put one finger on each skewer
Mix the hummus with the sweet potato puree, the garden herbs and the Cajun herbs.
Top off each finger with the hummus and decorate with a flower as preferred
