Serve 10

• 1 kg Falafel Ardo
• 500 g Tomato cubes Ardo
• 500 g Chickpeas Ardo
• 200 g Tricolore pepper cubes Ardo
• 50 g Shallots Ardo
• 10 g Chili Ardo
• 10 g Garlic diced Ardo
• 2 dl vegetable stock
• cumin
• 30 wraps
• 300 g roman lettuce
• 300 g ruccola

Preparation

  1. Make a spicy tomato sauce with the tomato cubes, peppers, chili, garlic, shallots and cumin.
  2. Add the chickpeas and let them simmer in the sauce for 15 minutes, season with pepper and salt.
  3. Bind with some corn starch if necessary.
  4. Put the falafel on an oven tray and bake them for 10-14 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Make a wrap with spicy chickpeas, 4 falafels and the roman Lettuce.
  6. Serve with some ruccola and 3 extra falafels.
