Vanilla Quinoa yoghurt with granola, pomegranate with duo from strawberries & blueberries and Passion fruit-chia drizzle

- 200g Ardo Quinoa
- 100g Ardo Strawberries
- 100g Ardo Blueberries
- 100g Ardo Passion Fruit Puree
- 40g Pomegranate
- 400g Yellow vanilla yoghurt (Lactose free or alternative)
- 40g Agave Syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
- 5g Chia seeds
- 100g granola topping or crunchy muesli
- 10g roasted almond slices
- 10g roasted coconut flakes

  1. Mix the passion fruit puree with the agave syrup and bring to boil.
  2. Allow to cool down & mix in the chia seeds.
  3. Leave overnight to set. (Best results if you do this the day before and place in the fridge as the chia seeds will give a jelly texture.)
  4. Mix the vanilla yoghurt with the quinoa.
  5. Put the defrosted strawberries & blueberries on the bottom of the breakfast bowl and add on top the yoghurt quinoa mix.
  6. Then, put the passion fruit – chia drizzle on top.
  7. Finish off with granola, pomegranate and the roasted almond and coconut flakes.
