Trio of Wok Verde, Pasta Conchiglie and smoked salmon

Ingredients to serve 4:

400g Ardo Wok Verde
280g Pasta Conchiglie
3 tablespoons Ardo 8 Herb Mix
1 teaspoon Ardo finely chopped garlic
3 tablespoons Ardo finely chopped shallots
300g smoked salmon in slices
50g cream
1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
40g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper,
ground nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Sauté the shallots with the garlic in a little olive oil.
  2. Add the vegetables and allow to simmer for approximately 4 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Mix with the Pasta Conchiglie and 8 Herbs Mix and heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Decorate with the smoked salmon cut into strips and grated Parmesan and finish off with a few slices of lemon.
