Tricolore vegetable fries “happy face”

1kg Tricolore vegetable fries Ardo
500g Tomato diced Ardo
20 Broccoli nuggets Ardo
20 Falafel Ardo
10 Veggie tots Ardo
100g Onions diced Ardo
10g Garlic Ardo
1l red wine vinegar
80g tomato puree
2el cane sugar
tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
olive oil

Preparation

Ketchup: 

  1. Stew the onion cubes and garlic in some olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato puree and let it simmer for a while. Add the red wine vinegar and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the mass finely with a mixer and press the puree through a fine sieve.
  3. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt, cane sugar, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco.
  4. Allow the ketchup to cool down and store in the fridge.

Tapas: 

  1. Bake the tricolore vegetable fries, veggie tots, broccoli nuggets and falafel in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Make a happy face on the plate.
  3. Make a moustache with the home made ketchup.
