Thai Sweet life vegetable tartare


Serves 4

- 400g Ardo Sweet life mix
- 40g Ardo Thai herbs
- 100ml coconut milk
- 5g green curry paste 
- 5gr cane sugar
- 2-3g Corn starch express
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fish sauce to taste
- Garniture: edible wild flowers & herbs

  1. Heat up the sweet life mix in a microwave for about 5 minutes on 850 watt. Allow to cool down in a bowl.
  2. Heat up a pan and heat the Thai herbs with the coconut milk, sugar, salt and fish sauce. Infuse for some minutes and mix briefly, add the corn starch to thicken. Cool down and finish off with lime juice.
  3. Stir the sauce in the cooled down sweet life blend. Serve in an authentic Asian bowl with some left over sauce dressing, edible flowers and herbs.
