Thai bouillon with shrimps and green vegetables

SERVES 10

- 125g Ardo Thai herb mix
- 20g Ardo Spring onions
- 150g Ardo Edamame soy beans (Mukimame)
- 150g Ardo Green wave mix
- 2.5l fish broth
- 250g peeled tiger prawns
- 1 lime
- Fish sauce to own taste
- Soy sauce to own taste

Preparation

  1. Bring the fish broth to the boil and let the Thai herb mix draw in for 10 minutes. Pass through a fine sieve.
  2. Cut the tiger prawns into small pieces.
  3. Add the spring onions, edamame soy beans, green wave mix and tiger prawns to the broth. Let cook for 1 minute on a low heat.
  4. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce and lime juice.
  5. Serve warm.
