Tandoori salmon with Wok Verde


Ingredients for 4 portions:

4 salmon filets
1kg Ardo Wok Verde
2 tsp tandoori spice mix
2 tsp black sesame seeds
2 tsp Ardo ginger
Salt & pepper

Ingredients for yoghurt dressing:

200g Greek yoghurt
2 green apples
1-2 tsp chopped mint Ardo
Salt & pepper

Serve with Ardo rice

  1. Turn the salmon fillets in the tandoori mix and in the black sesame seeds. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the filets for 4-5 minutes on each side at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add Ardo Wok Verde and the ginger and wok for 5-6 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut apple into small dices and mix with Greek yoghurt and chopped mint. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve some rice on the plate and top with the tandoori salmon.
  5. Add the Wok Verde and the yoghurt dressing.
