Ardo

Serves 4

600g Tagliatelle
125g Ardo Salsa Mexicana
5g Ardo Diced Garlic
1kg clams (vongole)
100ml white wine
50ml olive oil

Allergens

Gluten, Crustaceans, Sulphite

Preparation

  1. Sauté the garlic in a dash of olive oil and add the clams. Continue cooking until done.
  2. Then add the Ardo Salsa Mexicana and the white wine.
  3. After all the clam shells have opened, add the Tagliatelle.
  4. Briefly heat through and serve.
