Name: Spring mash with smokey BBQ redfish
Ingredients: 600g Ardo Green Soup Mix; 600g mashed potatoes; Ardo garden herbs: 5g Ardo Chives , 5g Ardo Dill , 5g Ardo Parsley; 50g Ardo Smokey BBQ; 4 redfish fillets; 100ml olive oil; 30g butter; Salt and pepper

Serves 4

600g Ardo Green Soup Mix
600g mashed potatoes
Ardo garden herbs: 5g Ardo Chives , 5g Ardo Dill , 5g Ardo Parsley
50g Ardo Smokey BBQ
4 redfish fillets
100ml olive oil
30g butter
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Sauté the Ardo Green Soup Mix in butter until the vegetables are cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix the sautéed vegetables with the mash and finish off with Ardo garden herbs (chives, dill and parsley).
Place the redfish fillets in an oven dish and make small incisions in the skin.
Combine the Ardo Smokey BBQ Mix with the olive oil. Coat the skins of the fillets with this marinade.
Bake the redfish fillets for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Arrange everything on the plates and serve.
