Spinach stoemp (mashed potatoes with spinach), beetroot burger, cherry tomatoes and beetroot bacon

Ingredients

1.5 kg Ardo Spinach 'Foglia'
200 g Ardo Beetroot bacon
100 g Ardo Shallots
50 g Ardo All'Italiana herb mix
10 g Ardo Garlic diced
10 Ardo Beetroot burgers
2 kg mashed potato
1 kg cherry tomatoes
50 g butter or margarine
100 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper

Gluten, Mustard, Soy, Sulphite, Egg, Milk

Preparation

  1. Steam the spinach briefly until thawed.
  2. Cook the shallots and garlic in the butter, separate the “Foglia” spinach leaves and cook. Season with salt and pepper. Then mix the spinach with the mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix the cherry tomatoes in an oven dish with the olive oil and the all'Italiana herb mix. Heat in the oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
  4. Bake the beetroot burger and beetroot bacon in the oven according to the package instructions.
  5. Serve together.
