1.5 kg Ardo Leaf spinach in cream
300 g Ardo peas
100 g Ardo Shallot
50 ml Sunflower oil
ras el hanout
Medina herb mix

Preparation

  1. Add the shallots and Medina herb mix to the sunflower oil.
  2. Add the leaf spinach to the cream and heat through/ Heat through the creamed leaf spinach.
  3. Now add the chickpeas and allow them to heat through.
  4. Season to taste with the Medina herb mix.
