1.5 kg Ardo carrot slices
100 g Ardo Shallot
100 g butter or margarine
lemon thyme
speculoos herbs (to taste)
salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Steam the carrots briefly and allow them to drain for a while.
  2. Sauté the shallots in the butter or margarine.
  3. Add the carrots and lemon thyme and season with salt and pepper. Cover and allow to simmer for a while.
  4. Finish off with the spices.
