SERVES 10

- 100g Ardo Tomatoes diced
- 100g Ardo Smokey BBQ mix
- 50 Ardo Shallots
- 1l veal jus
- 2dl red wine
- 50g butter
- Brown roux

Preparation

  1. Stew the shallots and smokey BBQ mix in a little butter. Add the tomato cubes and moisten with red wine.
  2. Add the veal jus when the red wine has evaporated. Let reduce.
  3. If necessary, bind with some roux and finish with a knob of butter.
