10 Vegetable burgers Ardo
200 g beet bacon Ardo
50 g Mix Smokey BBQ Ardo
10 g chives Ardo
200 g ketchup
10 burger buns
10 slices cheddar
½ Lettuce
100 g mayonnaise

Gluten, Egg, Milk, Celery

Preparation

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the chives.
  2. Mix ketchup with the Mix smokey BBQ.
  3. Deepfry the vegetable burgers for 3-4 minutes, add the cheddar on top.
  4. Bake the beet bacon in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Spread some smokey ketchup on the bun, add the burger and the lettuce, finish with the chives mayo and the crispy beet bacon.
