Scandinavian-style chicken stew with Nordic mix



150g Ardo Scandinavian style herb mix
2kg Ardo Veggie mix Nordic style
500g Ardo Peas
1.5 kg braising chicken
2 l chicken stock
200 ml cream
Pepper and salt
Lemon juice


Gluten, Soy, Milk


  1. Cook the braising chicken in the chicken stock.
  2. Remove the cooked meat from the stock and pour the stock through a sieve.
  3. Boil or steam the peas briefly and allow to cool again immediately.
  4. Thicken the stock with the roux, top with the cream, season with salt and pepper, and add some lemon juice.
  5. Add the chicken again and finish with the Scandinavian style herb mix and peas.
  6. Heat the Veggie mix Nordic style in the pan or oven, and serve the chicken stew with the vegetable mix.
