Salad wrapped quinoa kale burger



- 10 Ardo Quinoa kale burgers
- 500g Ardo Grilled aubergines sliced
- 1.5kg Ardo Vegetable fries
- 2 heads of iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 200g hummus
- 250g brined red onion
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

  1. Prepare the quinoa kale burgers as mentioned on the packaging.
  2. Season the grilled aubergines with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake them briefly in a pan or oven.
  3. Put 10 large salad leaves on your working table and put a grilled aubergine on in.
  4. Then, add the quinoa kale burger and put some hummus on top. Add a slice of tomato and some brined onions. Cover with a lettuce leaf.
  5. Prepare the vegetable fries. Follow the instructions on the packaging
  6. Serve the salad wrapped burger directly with the vegetable fries.
