125g Ardo Salsa Mexicana
125g Ardo Smokey BBQ Mix
300ml mayonnaise
300ml ketchup
50ml olive oil
4 ribs


For the marinade:
250g Ardo Smokey BBQ Mix
200ml olive oil

Preparation

Make a marinade by combining 250g Ardo Smokey BBQ Mix with 200ml olive oil. Coat the ribs with the marinade on both sides. Then put the ribs in the oven until done (90 minutes at 100°C). Just before serving, put the ribs briefly on the barbeque or in a hot oven (200°C).
Sauces:


Mayonnaise sauce: Mix 300ml mayonnaise with 125g Ardo Salsa Mexicana and 50ml olive oil.


Smokey ketchup: Mix 300ml ketchup with 125g Ardo Smokey BBQ Mix.
