Quinoa vegetable stiryfry with veggie burger, salsa rosso Mexicana


Serves 20:

7kg Quinoa vegetable stirfry Ardo
500g Mix Salsa Mexicana Ardo
1kg diced tomatoes Ardo
500g cherry tomatoes Ardo
olive oil
Pepper and salt
20 veggie burgers




  1. Stir fry the diced tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and Mix Salsa Mexicana in some olive oil.
  2. Let it simmer until you get a nice salsa sauce.
  3. Reheat the quinoa vegetable stirfry in the steamer (limited steam) or in the pan.
  4. Bake the burgers in the oven or pan.
  5. Serve the burger with the quinoa vegetable stirfry. Serve the salsa rosso as a sauce for the burger.
