Quiche with pak choi and edamame

SERVES 10

- 200g Ardo Edamame soy beans (Mukimame)
- 300g Ardo Pak choi
- 1.2kg Ardo Creamed leaf spinach
- 10g Ardo Chives
- 10 eggs
- 250g grated Emmenthal
- 10 small quiche forms
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Defrost the creamed leaf spinach and the edamame soy beans.
  2. Stew the pak choi and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the creamed leaf spinach with the edamame soy beans, pak choi, chives and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the quiche forms with the vegetables mix and scatter with grated Emmenthal.
  5. Put the quiches in a preheated oven for 20-25min at 180°C.
  6. Serve with some salad.
